ToS, Website and App Updates

Hello everyone!

We wish to inform you that we've updated our Terms of Service, specifically clauses 3.1, 4.1, 5, 6.2.vi, 7, and 9. These updates mainly involve adding relevant links where necessary and introducing our new payment option on the website, which serves as an alternative to PayPal. If you wanted to subscribe but couldn't do it via the app, or PayPal, please check out our new alternative.

We also improved our guidelines to further clarify our artwork rules, as we received feedback that our previous Artwork guidelines were unclear.

The rest of this blog post will cover the latest website and app updates from 2024–2025. It has been quite a while since our last proper changelog, which was back in 2022, so we figured this would be a good time to show you some of the updates.

The past few years have been hectic for bestuseller.com, with our development team working tirelessly to modernize and upgrade the site’s backend. While most users might not notice these changes directly, they have significantly improved performance, streamlined maintenance, and enhanced our staff portal. These behind-the-scenes updates are crucial for our small team, making operations smoother and more efficient. Please note that in the following changelog, we’re only sharing the public-facing updates.

Speaking of our team, we are happy to inform you that we've seen steady growth in recent months, allowing us to hire more people. In addition to the co-founders, Wing and Kanadaj, we now have three developers and two moderators, which is quite the growth from a few months ago, and this is only possible thanks to your support.

First, just a quick introduction of myself: I’m Dawn, the new bestuseller.com Moderator. Some of you may already know me, but I’d like to introduce myself for those who don’t. I’ll be handling some of the blog posts and community interactions moving forward, so you’ll be seeing a lot of me around.

Now, without further ado:
