Leave a note

Leave a note asks for your words and nothing else: no name and no email address. It is the quickest way to tell us something, and nobody replies to it, because it does not say who you are.

Report a problem

Report a problem, in the menu on your phone and on the big screen at the end of a game, opens the same form with a few facts filled in: the room’s code, the moment in the game, the site’s version and your browser’s description of itself. You see all of it before you send it, and it never includes a clue or a name.

Email support@flickertale.com. Say what you were doing, what happened, and which device and browser you were using.

Something unkind at the table

Everything anyone types lives only as long as the room, and the host can remove a player. Our content policy says what we ask of everyone and how to tell us about a problem. If anyone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
